Yorkeys Knob is one of the northern beaches suburbs 15 minutes north from Cairns in Tropical North Queensland. Set within the parkland grounds, the hall is inexpensive to hire and has kitchen facilities that cater for 60 people, ceiling fans, air conditioning, toilet and shower facilities with disabled access. There is also a piano, a whiteboard and full audio/visual facilities and tables and chairs

There is a tennis court, half basketball court, a BMX track and cricket pitch for community use and for pre-school to teenagers, there is a grade A adventure playground. All facilities are free to be used by the public.
